The 2019 IEEE International Conference on Service Operations and Logistics and Informatics (SOLI 2019) will be held on October 11-13, 2019 in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China. This conference is sponsored by IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Society (ITSS), jointly co-organized by IEEE Council on RFID (CRFID), Qingdao Academy of Intelligent Industries (QAII), IEEE SMC Technical Committee on Social Computing and Social Intelligence、IFAC Economic, Business, and Financial Systems (TC 9.1)、China Association of Artificial Intelligence-Technical Committee on Social Computing and Social Intelligence、Chinese Academy of Management-Technical Committee on Parallel Management、ACM Beijing Chapter on Social and Economic computing、INFORMS Beijing Chapter、Qingdao Association of Artificial Intelligence、Qingdao Association of Automation, and organized by Chinese Association of Automation (CAA). The theme of the conference is "Openness, Sharing, Green and Intelligence". Service science, service operations, logistics, and informatics are playing an increasingly important role in today’s world economy. Information and communications technology provides cyber-infrastructure and platforms to achieve more efficient and productive services operations. Meanwhile, new types of service offerings and products are emerging in large numbers, and service operation ecosystems with characteristics of openness, sharing, green and intelligence are gradually taking shape.

The IEEE Service Operations and Logistics, and Informatics (SOLI) conference series aim to bring together industrial engineers and researchers of the field of Service science, service operations, logistics, and informatics, and provide a prime international platform for researchers, industry practitioners and domain experts to exchange their latest fundamental advances in service operations related areas.

The best papers in this conference will be recommended to be extended and submitted as journal articles to IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica, IEEE Transactions on Computational Social Systems.
